Huge Bright Room Available in Tooting

I’m moving out of this room soon and am looking for someone to fill it. It’s a huge double room with ample storage included, and plenty of space to make it your own!

The room comes with a large double bed, 2 huge wardrobe/cupboards, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair. It gets tonnes of light, especially in the morning, and has a lovely view from the window for anyone working from home.

You will be sharing with 3 other lovely flatmates: 1 girl and 2 guys, all professionals in their mid-twenties and enjoy catching up, going for the odd coffee or pint together and generally chilling with one another. While it’s nice to sit together, catch up and have a laugh, we also appreciate having our own space too.

There is a really spacious kitchen with loads of storage space for yourself, a lovely garden which catches the sun and a living room too. That said, the kitchen is used more frequently to sit in by us as it’s so large and the living room is situated in the converted garden room, but it’s definitely something we are looking to use more! There’s also a nice bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet right beside your own room which is shared with one other flatmate. Another bonus is that we have a small spare room which is not rented out, so it’s great if you have any friends visiting every now and again.

Rent is £850 and bills are ~£97 on top of this. I’ll be sad to leave this house as it’s so nice and is so great for the price! Please message and tell me a little about yourself, as it would be good to find someone who fits in with the current housemates 😊
