Small double room for rent in Tooting

Hello I am looking for someone to fill my small double room available from the 3rd of August (Potentially can be earlier) 2024. You will be sharing with a young professional male and female, they like hanging out together in the evenings relaxing after work. They’re looking for someone who is keen to hang out now and then, but is equally independent and has things going on outside the house.

The house is in a quiet area, less than a 5 minute walk to St George’s hospital, 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station and 15 minuet walk from Earslfiels train station as well as being close to other local ameneties such as shops, gyms and cafes. it is a very modern home with garden, WiFi, shared living room with tv, big kitchen and 2x bathrooms. 



Bills are not included in the rent, however should be no more than £100 each a month.
