Double room available in Tooting from mid August up until the end of the tenancy in mid October as I am leaving to go back to university. Sharing with 4 young professionals. 2 shared bathrooms, office/storage space, open kitchen/dining room and living room with nice garden. The advertised room is on the top floor. Bills not included. Wandsworth council tax comes to approximately £20 per month and bills typically no more than £50 per month. Very short (5 min) walk to Tooting Broadway tube station on the northern line but very quiet. House is kept clean and tidy with friendly and considerate housemates that enjoy socialising.
