We are looking for friendly housemate for a short term let for a top floor massive double room in Tooting available (one of the top 10 places to live in the World according to Lonely Planet ).

There is a double room for £900 all bills inc.

The studio room is the entre 2nd floor with own private staircase up furbished with a double bed chest of draws and desk and chair with 2 monitors to use ( if needed) and 3 arm chairs and a large furry flux beanbag for guests and a balcony with a great view. There is a private separate bathroom with a sink with toilet on the floor.

The house is a 5 min walk to Tooting train station, 10-15 min walk to Colliers Wood tube and Tooting Broadway.

The house is near to Figgers Marsh park ( 3 min walk outside gum table tennis) and 15 minutes to Tooting Common. It also has a great ! river walks to Malden Hall Nature reserve ( National Trust 20 min walk)

The house has a large front room, dinning room both can be used for working from home. With the dinning room having a large table( if you need to work from home its free).

The house has 2 Bathrooms and a separate toilet. We have a massive 100 ft garden, with vegetable patch. The house also has alley way access for bikes and a large shed with separate bike shed. The alley has been extended as an extra growing patch during lockdown also for more organic growing if your into gardening.

There is a free double drive for parking with us not having cars. Supefast 200 meg fiber optic virgin all bills included.

The house with Tony (French, Teacher), and Andrew(NHS manger) and Goku (IT manager) and our super cute cat Fig .

We are an easy going fun professional clean friendly house🙂. We are social housemates, who like a glass of wine together and to cook and watch Netflicks/movies on the projector together when available and in.

The move in date can be flexible and a short term rent from July to September while I am away on holiday.

The move out date can be flexible as I have alternative accommodation I can use nearby if the room needed longer than 6 weeks, when I am due back in late August. The room can be rented weekly from 3-6 weeks as needed.
