Double Bedroom available in Tooting 💟

A double room is available in Tooting Bec.

You would be living with Oonagh, 27 and Grace, 28. They are both from Ireland, Grace is a data analyst and Oonagh is a data scientist. They both enjoy exploring London and would love their future housemate to join us on the occasional trip to the pub or BBQ/ dinner party in the house!

The room:

The bedroom is very spacious and comes with a double bed, a large mirror, chest of drawers and a side table.

The room is at the rear of the house, next to the bathroom, overlooking the garden.

The house:

A 3 bed 1 bath. We have a spacious living room where we usually hang out in the evenings, a large kitchen with dishwasher, and a dining room/study behind the kitchen. There is a back garden with lots of plants and built in BBQ which we make a lot of use of.

Location:

The house is located on Derinton Road in Tooting Bec, and is a 5 minute walk from Tooting Common so great for park runs and evening tinnies. Tooting market is also a 10 minute walk away which is a regular spot for us at the weekend.

We are a 15 minute walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations (Northern line, so handy for those the night tube!)

There are also buses ~8 mins walk away by the common

The future tenant would need to earn > 26k for referencing reasons. We moved in April 2023 and have a 3 year lease for the place, with a change of occupancy clause which can be enacted every 6 months.
