I’m sadly going to be leaving my room at the end of August so I’m looking for someone to take my place.
The house is located in between Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway (Colliers Wood station 5 minute walk, Tooting Broadway 10 minutes). It’s a terraced house with 3 other male flat mates, all aged 25-35. The house comes with a lounge, dining room/area, garden and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is downstairs and rarely used by the other flatmates so is essentially an en-suite.
The bedroom is on the ground floor, has plenty of storage and has a good desk set up for anyone who needs to WFH. The rent is really cheap (£659) and bills come to about another £100 per month.
It’s a great house with good housemates, and I’ll be looking to move out on the last weekend of August, so ideally need someone who can move in then.
