Large room with double bed! There’s a HUGE living room, gorgeous kitchen & conservatory & big garden!! Also includes 2 FRIDGES which for foodies (like myself is a BIG bonus). There are 3 toilets. Honestly, this is not comparable to a student living accommodation!
It’s about 12 mins walk to Tooting Bec, and right next to a woodland/park which is lovely to get away from central London.
Housemates:
I am very sociable, easy going and is often found laughing until my stomach hurts. I am starting a grad job as an engineer (but I’m a fun one I promise) who is fuelled by caffeine and sarcasm. As much as I enjoy a night out, I love a Netflix night in!
Sam is very friendly and loves cooking and baking. According to the housemate who toured him, he spent half an hour admiring the huge kitchen! Sam gives happy golden retriever vibes. He works for the national rail as a data analyst.
Bradley is a structural engineer but again a rare fun one!
We are all friendly but of course tidy people, looking for housemates that will join us at the pub or badminton in the garden!
