HOUSEMATES
You'd be living with Greg (29, Finance Manager in the Civil Service) and George (22, Fintech Grad Scheme).

Greg is the cooking fan, with a penchant for olive oil, coffee and cookbooks, and George is a budding (and very good) cyclist.

They're lovely lads and are looking for someone (guy or gal!) who fits the house vibe. They're clean, tidy and sporty - gym, cycling, running, and enjoy a pub night, cooking (house dinners have become a regular thing!), and gaming.

We enjoy hanging out together but also respect each other’s own space and need for peace and quiet as and when - when hungover and otherwise.


Landlady is great and super responsive. She’s ready to go on sorting out new contracts for the person taking over my room.
ROOM
A spacious room with lots of daylight. Furnished with king bed, mattress, drawers and wardrobe. Bedside table and mirror could stay if you wanted. Can easily fit a desk for WFH too.

HOUSE
- Separate shared office room / storage space, great for WFH
- Permit parking available (Merton)
- Front and back garden, great for BBQ’s, cleaning bikes, exercise etc
- Open kitchen and living area with huge new sofa, large tv, dining table and extra chairs for guests
- Space to store bikes or other sports equipment
- One bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, sink. Your room would be the closest to the bathroom
