Double room available in 2 bedroom fully furnished house with garden, sharing with 1 other.

Lovely quiet house, in private close, just off Church Lane, SW17.

I’m currently living in the house and will be going abroad soon so looking for someone to move into the spare room, on a minimum, 2 month basis or longer.

The house has everything you’d need to feel at home straight away, all kitchen utensils, pans, crockery etc plus a brand new flexible-tap & kitchen sink, washing machine and slim-line dishwasher.

The lounge is nice and spacious and has a dining table which comfortably seats 4 plus a big L-shaped sofa that folds out to a double bed which is great for winter sofa nights watching a good film! The patio doors in the lounge lead out to the garden which has a small area of decking leading down to a Astro-turf garden area with sofa style table and chairs. There is also a large rotary clothes dryer.

Straight up the stairs in front of you is the room I’m looking to rent - it has a large, floor to ceiling, 3 sliding door wardrobe that can be adapted to suit your needs with additional shelving / hanging or even a desk added by buying accessories for the wardrobe from IKEA.

The bathroom has a full size bath, overhead shower and fixed glass shower door. There is a nice bathroom cabinet which has storage and also a sink with 2 storage drawers below it. The bathroom is fully tiled and has no damp.

I haven’t really thought, in detail, about a couple taking the room - I’d be open to discuss and would be looking for in the region of £1,600 for a couple.

The council tax is band D.

I have been advised, by a local estate agent, that the ,whole house would rent for in the region of £2,500 so feel I have listed the room fairly at £1,170 including bills.
