Double room in friendly Tooting houseshare

Hello, I am sadly moving out of our lovely 4 bed flat in Tooting to move in with my partner, making the room available from the 17th August!

The room is a double bed for £800pcm (bills not included), 10 minutes walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway stations. The flat is on a quiet road but only a couple minutes walk from the high street and about a minute from the local pub, The Selkirk!

You will be living with 3 great housemates: Dom, Emily, and Ellie. We are all working professionals in London who enjoy socialising together, going on pub trips and parkruns, and often relax in the living room in the evenings, but we also have our own friends and social lives too.

The house comes fully furnished with all appliances - we split bills equally, paid on the same day as the rent, paid monthly.
