Seeking a New Housemate for New House in Tooting

This lovely room will be available from the 1st of August.

As you can see from the pictures, the house has been recently renovated, so everything is brand new, including new carpets. The kitchen/living area has all appliances & laundry facilities (including a tumble dryer) and a dining table that doubles up as a pool table! There's also a lovely outdoor space, again recently landscaped.

The bright, large double bedroom includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside cabinet, and a king-size bed with one of the most comfortable memory foam mattresses I’ve ever slept on! Plus, there is under-bed storage for any additional storage needs. The room is out the back of the house overlooking the garden, so it's very quiet.

The other housemates are all legends, and I will, without a doubt, be staying good friends with them. All are working professionals and work a mixture of in-the-city and from home; however, those who do work from home have their own office space. We all respect each other’s space but have also become friends, and we will also have dinner, drinks, or a trip out together.

This is a home over just another house share, and the landlord has worked hard to ensure we have the right people living here. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 others, and I’ve never had to queue for the shower!

The location is less than a 5-minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on a quiet residential street but still close to all the hustle and bustle Tooting offers. There's also a gym right across the road.
