Description

Double room available for 1 year tenancy in a spacious 4 bed house in the heart of Tooting.
The room is located on the middle floor, sharing a bathroom between 2. The room is very light and airy and able to cater for a double bed, chest of draws, a clothes rail and a desk. We are also happy for you to use the living room as your WFH space if needed.
The rest of the house really is a home, and a cosy place to live with touches added by all the tenants. We are very fortunate to have a beautiful garden that is a real sun trap in the summer.

About the current flatmates: Ellie, Elizabeth and Sophie

Ellie (27) and Elizabeth (27) are both civil servants and Sophie (26) works in media. Ellie has lived in the house for 3 years and Elizabeth and Sophie joined the house last year through Spare Room and since then we have all become really good friends. We all have a mix of WFH and office work and have active social lives. We love going on walks to coffee shops, reformer pilates and going for runs around Tooting Commons. We also love brunch, going out for dinner and drinks in Tooting Market, pub quizzing or getting cosy and watching a film. We love reading and sharing our latest reads with each other or swapping books at the free library in Figges Marsh. We also love the odd themed dinner party as a house (eg pancake day, Christmas meal, Love Island premiere, birthdays etc).

We are looking for someone:
- Easy going and independent
- Clean and tidy
- Enjoys dinner and drinks out but also loves a takeaway and trashy TV
- Wants to join in some wholesome house activities but equally likes their own space

Extras:
- No pets (although we do have an active borrow my doggy account and have regular walks and visits so dog lovers welcome 🐶)
- Non-smoker
- Bills approx. £115 p/m incl. fortnightly cleaner
