2 Double rooms 5 mins from Tooting Broadway tube

We're looking for two sociable, tidy professionals to replace us in our lovely house in Tooting Broadway, as we're moving out to go travelling together after living here for a couple of years.

We have two double rooms available:

Room 1 - £795 per month

Room 2 - £765 per month.

These are without bills, which come to approx £100 a month (energy, WiFi, water, council tax and also include a weekly cleaner who we love!)

Move in date would be September 28/29 weekend, with a rolling contract up for renewal in April 25.

The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway underground so super easy to get around, while set back enough from the main road to be quiet. The house is split over two floors, has a large kitchen/diner, lounge and a private garden that Morgan is gradually cultivating in her middle-aged-mum-era.

About us:
Morgan (28) works as an HR Business Partner in the City, mix of wfh and office work. Will do anything from watercolours to boules in Hyde Park!
Luke (31) Long-term London-resident Aussie, works as a Facilities Manager in Dulwich 5 days a week. Likes Timtams, gym, talking about Oktoberfest.

We like this to be a home more than a house, always have a tv show on the go together, or pub trips & birthday celebrations. We're looking for someone that also wants a cosy and relaxing place to come back to. We've just started watching Game of Thrones together (Luke's first time) so if you fancy joining the ride for House of the Dragon soon, drop us a message!
