We have 1 room available in a very stylish and newly refurbished house in Tooting Broadway. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street a short stroll from the shops, amenities and the train station of Tooting (Tooting overground) plus a Tesco local and Lidl, and park at the end of the road with an outdoor workout area.

The property offers plenty of outside space which includes a beautiful private south facing garden, a shed for cycle storage, a trendy 2 desk WFH office space, and a huge loft for storing suitcases and boxes to keep your rooms clutter free.

In terms of transport links this property is perfect!! There is the aforementioned overground less than 5 minutes walk away which links directly to Wimbledon one direction where you can access the district line and fast train to Waterloo, and Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Kings cross etc the other. You can also take a short stroll to Colliers Wood tube one direction (13 mins) or Tooting Broadway tube the other (15 mins and both on the northern line which is 24 hours on a weekend) or a bus from the end of the street every 2 mins to Tooting Broadway which takes approx 4 mins.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Tooting Broadway shops, here you’ll find plenty of shops including a large Primark plus numerous trendy brunch spots including Mud (just down the road from the house), Brickwood, Milk teeth etc, plus both Tooting markets which now rival Brixton village for pop up food venues and bars. You will also find other fantastic bars, restaurants and pubs like the Castle with its awesome beer garden. In addition, Tooting was also recently voted one of the top 10 coolest neighbourhoods in the world to live by Lonely Planet so it really is the place to be.

The room is a fantastic size, with a double bed and orthopaedic mattresses, new bedside tables and drawers. All bills are included in the price along with high speed WIFI (300 MBPS) and a cleaner fortnightly. There is a large kitchen with 6 seater dining table, breakfast bar, brand new fridge freezer, cosy cool lounge with flat screen 50 inch TV provided.

This really is an amazing property with a fantastic stylish kitchen for entertaining and 2 bathrooms.
