3 month short term rental in Tooting

I am travelling abroad for 3 months and looking for to rent out a room in my house for this period of time (e. g. early October until end December/early January).

Ideal for someone / a couple wanting their own space.

The house is on a quiet street, about 12 minutes walk from Tooting Bec or Broadway in either direction.

The room is a double, furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and has space for a fold away desk and chair if needed. The bed is an ottoman with storage underneath.

There is a kitchen with dining table and washing machine.

The bathroom is currently being renovated so I do not have any current pictures, but will be brand new!

The house has a garden with seating area.

Bills included.

There is some flexibility on move in and out date.
