Hello! Myself and my housemate are looking for 2 people to join us in our houseshare!
We have both moved in recently and it's feeling rather quiet so want to get some people in! We are both social people and like hanging out for a chat or going for a drink but also like our own time.
Both rooms feature coded locks for extra security and privacy for you.
The rooms available are a 2nd floor room which is the smaller one with pictures at 1200 pcm inc all bills. This one has now been taken.
The other room is on the third floor as featured in the video which i can send you seperately - 1150 pcm inc all bills.
Fast broadband is included in the bills and council tax so you would not need to pay for anything else apart from your usual shopping etc. We both work from home so can assure you the WiFi works smoothly as well as for online gaming.
The place is 5 minutes from tooting Broadway station, 2 mins from tooting market, 8 minutes to nearby gyms and variety of super markets nearby!
There is on street parking that you can get with a permit as well if you have a car. The road isn't too busy so plenty of places to park.
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household! We are also wanting someone to come in and help add some homely vibes to the place with us!
