The location is very close to Tooting Train Station and a short bus ride from Tooting Underground & lively Tooting Market.

The Garden is accessible from the shared kitchen and there is also a spare office/study which is ideal if you work-from-home. The current tenant is very quiet and laid back, and would like the new tenants to be of a similar nature.
