2 Month Sublet - Immediate Start - Tooting

Just looking for someone who needs a short term let for 2 months. Room is available from 22nd September to 18th November.

The house has a big open plan kitchen, living area, utility room, downstairs toilets and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower (which you would be sharing with two people) As well as the double room, you would also have your own second big chest of drawers directly outside your room plus half of a separate large walk in wardrobe. We also use the kitchen table as a desk so you’ll have space to work downstairs if you need. (there is room for 4 but rare we are all in on the same days)

The house is a great location:
- 5 minute walk from Tooting Broadway
- 3 minute walk to the bus station with great links
- 10 minute walk to Tooting train station
- 2 tube stops away from Balham train station
- 10 minute walk to Tooting Common
- 8 minute walk to massive Sainsbury’s and Aldi
- 3 minute walk to famous Tooting and Broadway market (as well as lots of other great pubs and restaurants!)
