- 10-minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube and 10-minute walk to Tooting Station
- 10-minute walk to Tooting Common & a 4-minute walk to Tooting High street
- £975 per month (+£150 bills)
- Good-sized garden too! 🪴
- Deposit is £1,139.42 (v specific, I know)
- Contract is until July 2026 with break clause in July 2025.

- Double bed with under-bed storage
- Built-in wardrobe
- Option to keep the desk, desk chair, mirror and clothes rail if you’d like
- Gorgeous built-in bookcase!!

🥰Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be living with the lovely Liv (25) - who I can vouch for as a 10/10 flatmate and all-round fab vibes! Liv works for the civil service and likes dinner parties, exploring London, music and running!

So sorry but no students due to council tax reasons and must be fully employed.
