Double room in newly renovated house

Hey there, we are two mates from Yorkshire moving down to London to make the most of what it has to offer.

We have one spare room we want to fill. There is an office that could be yours (for a little bit extra rent)

The house is newly renovated, with large open kitchen/dining room and a terrace out the back with a big BBQ. The house has a shared living room too.

We are a 2 minute walk from Tooting Common and 12 minutes from the tube

We are both very driven and business minded, with one of us being an entrepreneur and the other involved in crypto investment. So if you’re wanting to get after it, and have a whole lot of fun along the way, this is the place for you!
