Furnished attic room in lovely Tooting flat

Looking for a new friendly flatmate to replace me in a lovely 3 bed Tooting flat.

The room is a converted attic room with a lot of storage and natural light. The room itself comes with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 chest of drawers. I also have some additional furniture that I’d be willing to leave if the new flatmate wanted! (Cube storage / desk / chair). The room has great storage with a little loft near the bed to hide away any suitcases / winter clothes. It also has electric blind skylights and a Juliette balcony.

The flat is a 3 bed with 2 bathrooms with a large open plan kitchen and living room which has recently been refurbished, the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and washing machine too!

The flatmates you’ll be sharing with are 2 lovely bubbly girls who have become my best friends. We have our own lives but love catching up in the evenings, watching love island and coming last place in an occasional pub quiz!

The location is great and well connected with great bus routes aswell as being on the northern line. It takes 15 minutes to get to Clapham, 30 minutes to London Bridge from the flat. The area itself has loads of great pubs and coffee shops and Lidl is a 10 minute walk away!

The boring stuff; the deposit is £1000, bills are roughly £130-150 a month.

Proposed move in date is late November / early December. But dates are flexible so just message me for details!
