The rent includes all bills except a TV licence and a deposit of 5 weeks rent (£1050) will be asked for upon moving in. Ideally the tenant will be a professional aged between 20-35 and a non-smoker. You will be living with Simon who is an assistant analyst at Kings College London, and Ignacio who is a personal trainer.
