2 large rooms for rent in a shared house!

As two housemates are moving out (1 bought a house and 1 is moving in with a partner) we are looking to fill up their rooms. Both rooms have been/ will have been freshly repainted and include copious amounts of storage space!
We have one large ground floor room and one smaller top floor room available for rent.
Both tenants would share a bathroom with only one other person, and we have a large kitchen with a shared living room.
We are a nice house which has traditionally always been of 5 girls, but are open to getting 2 boys in to spice things up!
We are looking for clean, tidy housemates to join us in a relaxed drama-free environment. You must be a professional and ideally you won't work from home more than a couple of days a week.
Bills are included except for gas and electricy which tend to add up to £20-40 a month, depending on the time of year!
We all have our own friends in London but do socialise together and often have chats in the kitchen when cooking.
