Large double room available in Tooting

Large double room available in a friendly house share short walk from tooting Broadway tube station and even closer to tooting overground! The house has a great garden (perfect for summer bbq’s/ drinks), a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and an extra separate shower room.

The room is furnished and really spacious! We’re looking for a friendly person to fill the room that’s looking for a home not just a room to rent. We’re all polite, clean and respect our shared living space and we are hoping to find a likeminded person to fill our home. Ideally a female around the same age.

The house is in a great location on a quiet residential street with great transport links. There are lots of buses close by as well as Tooting station (under 10 mins) and the northern line (about 15 mins). Really good for getting into central but also loads to do locally too!

The room is £660 bills not included. They come to around £100pcm. The deposit will be 5 weeks rent.

We’re looking for someone to move in between the 10th-23rd January to take over Beth’s room/ contract.

Sadly Beth is leaving us after 3 years to move in with her partner.
