The house has a lovely garden, good sized living room, recently refurbished kitchen, office and on-street parking. The deposit is £1038.46 (5 weeks rent). The landlady is great and very quick to fix any issues!

The two tenants moving out have really loved living here but both have long commutes out of London so are moving closer to work. I’m looking for two friendly people who are sociable, tidy and love a cozy home!
