Located on Tooting High Street, you’ll be right next to a Lidl, plus just a short walk to Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec tube stations, so it feels super safe and convenient for commuting.

The rent for the room is £1,200 pcm (we’ve split the rent based on room sizes, so it’s a great deal for the space). The whole flat is £2.2k. Bills aren’t included but the flat itself is cosy due to large thick windows (which also block the sound of the high street) so wouldn’t expect to need the heating on over winter.

This room would be perfect for a girl aged 28+, and you’ll be sharing the flat with me, I work in Theatre and am very house proud!
