The tenancy would suit a young female professional looking for a calm, tidy and homely flat in South London and sharing with one other girl.

We are offering a double room in a spacious two storey flat in Mitcham. The flat has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large combined kitchen, dining and living area.

The room has:
- Double bed with drawers underneath (can be compressed into a single bed)
- Wardrobe with both shelves and hanging space
- Space for more furniture (e. g. a desk)
- Cosy sloped ceiling and sky light
- Very large cupboard in the wall space available on request
- Bathroom for your use only on the floor below

There is plenty of space per person as you would be living with one other tenant. She is 31 and works in finance for an orchestra. She speaks French and Portuguese, has a passion for music, makes clothes, and loves books, history and travelling, especially in Portugal where she lived for several years. She is also an old school friend and very kind and genuine.

My partner bought the flat for me and him to live in and is really invested in taking care of it. We are now based elsewhere for work, but me, him and our baby expect to come and stay in the third bedroom every now and then to see friends and family (approx. every month or two for a weekend or a few nights).

The flat is in a peaceful long residential street, with parking permits available from the council.

It is 20 minutes walk/bus to the vibrant area around Tooting High Street, with food from around the world, pubs and bars, Tooting Market, handy shops and health facilities. It is also around 30 minutes from the beautiful Tooting Bec Common, including Tooting Bec Lido.
