After 3 years I’m sadly moving out of my large double room with ensuite in Tooting Broadway. The room is very large, I currently have a sofa bed in there, desk & chair (all which I’m willing to sell) plus a wardrobe and drawers which are included plus ensuite (shower, sink, toilet).

Ideally looking for someone to pay rent from from 18th January but can be flexible up to 25th January (no later). Rent is paid on 25th January (1st payment will be paid to me as sublet) and you would then join the tenancy from 25th Feb.

The house is a 4 bed top floor maisonette in a converted home. The house has a large communal kitchen/diner/living room area which is very homely. There is a communal roof terrace too although this is accessed off of one of the girls rooms so need to be mindful of this.

The street is quiet and safe, located less than 10 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube (northern line) as well as Thames Link services in the opposite direction. Tooting Broadway High street is less than 5 mins away too where there are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants, a big sainsburys & tooting food market. 3x gyms are located less than 10 min walk away. So a great location all round!!

We are looking for a girl to replace me who will join the tenancy as of Feb 25th. 2 of the other girls in the house are moving out in Jan who we have now found replacements for, so you will be living with 3 other girls. They are looking for a professional who preferably has a mix of WFH/in the office, considerate of others space, clean & tidy, who has a balance of both wholesomeness and being out and about etc. The house is a relatively social house and we often will chill out on the sofa together in the evenings when schedules align but equally we are busy doing our own thing.

Rent: £730 (although landlord may increase by 10% as of Feb 25th 2025)
Bills : £80-100
Deposit: £730
Fees: approx £100 move in fee to join tenancy payable to letting agent.
To join tenancy for 12 months as of Feb 2025. Can break the tenancy before hand however there is a fee for this.
