-Downstairs room (used to be the garage, now a comfy double).
-You get your own bathroom, so no sharing!

Good Location:

*5-minute walk to Tooting train station (30 mins to East Croydon).
*12-minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station (Northern Line). There's a quick way to get there via a cut through!
*Lots of buses nearby (5-minute walk).
*The tram stop is 10 minutes away by bus.

About the House:

-Modern kitchen with a breakfast bar to eat at and chat. Door to the back garden.
-Private back garden to relax in or have BBQs.

You'll be living with friendly people who work (mostly in their early 30s to 40s). We like a chat but everyone does their own thing too.

*Important: The house doesn't have a separate living room.

Looking for someone who is:

-Clean and tidy and will look after the place.
