We are looking for someone to fill a large double room in our four bed home in Tooting. The flat is on a very quiet residential street, located close to the Common.🏡

Room is fully furnished, with two large wardrobes and a desk included - and gets loads of sun during the day.
The house has a very large kitchen, dining and lounge area, leading out into a garden - perfect for a summer evening! ☀️
Two bathrooms - each shared with just two of the housemates.
Separate laundry room with washer and dryer

Current housemates are 3 females in early thirties, all workings professionals with a mix of wfh. We enjoy socializing with each other, over dinner, wine or watching TV.
We've made this house into our home and would love for someone else to join us in doing the same. ✨️

Nearest station is Tooting Bec - about a 15 min walk, and plenty of busses nearby taking you to Clapham Junction/ Balham etc.
Around a 10 min walk you get to the main shop/bars in Tooting, including the Tooting Broadway Markets.
The Tooting Common / Lido is also a short walk away.

Bills are roughly £120 per month, including household essentials and a fortnightly cleaner.
