The property offers plenty of outside space which includes a beautiful private south facing garden, perfect for summer BBQ’s and outdoor workouts and a huge loft for storage of suit cases and other unwanted room clutter.

3 great housemates, who are down for a chat whenever they are around. All have various hobbies such as football, gym, running and video games, so great to chat too.

In terms of transport links this property is great!! There is the overground less than 5 minutes walk away which links directly to Wimbledon, Tooting Broadway tube or a bus from the end of the street every 2 mins to Tooting Broadway.

The room is a good size but no real space for a desk with new double beds and orthopaedic mattress, new bedside tables and drawers. All bills are included in the price along with high speed broadband internet and a cleaner fortnightly. There is a large kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area with 4 seater dining table and flat screen TV provided for Netflix and Movies.

This really is an amazing property with a fantastic kitchen for entertaining and stylish brand-new bathroom.
