It's a stone's throw from Tooting Market. A real gem of a location! Everything on tap, yet a quiet and secure spot when you get home.

Current housemates are two guys. One works in events. One works in hospitality. And one girl who is a surgeon at a local hospital. They all look out for each other.

Huge sociable communal area, completely refurbished less than a year ago with all mod cons, dishwasher, washer and drier. Tonnes of fridge and freezer space. Cook up a storm or prep a BBQ in the Sunny / snowy! garden through the bi-fold doors.

Weekly cleaner. All bills and broadband included.

The room is fully furnished with new furniture and decor, you share a bathroom with two others which is cleaned by the cleaner.

All you need to do is come in and unpack your pot plants. And set up your coffee machine. This place really does have it all. Especially the housemates, I can vouch for them as really wonderful people, and I'm not just saying that!
