We're looking for a new flatmate to join our chilled, comfortable, and well-connected home in South West London.
- Rent: £1000 pcm
- Bills: Approx. £120 pppm (inc. Council Tax, Gas, Elec, Water, Broadband)
- Deposit: ~£1200 (held in a government-approved scheme)

You’ll be sharing with us (a couple in our early 30s). Please don't click off when you see you'll be living with a couple 🙏 We've lived with other housemates in larger house shares and had individual relationships with each of them - we really aren't a couply couple, far from joined at the hip.
One of us is a product reviewer, and the other works in social media. We’re looking for a housemate who is happy to hang out, watch some TV, or head to a pub quiz, but who also has their own life and respects personal space. We are clean and tidy people and expect the same – just the standard stuff of washing up after yourself!
