You'll be renting a generous double room with plenty of natural light. It easily fits a desk for comfortable working from home and comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The flat has a separate, cosy living room for movie nights or relaxing, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll have your own dedicated cupboard space. We share one clean and tidy bathroom.
Location & Commute 🚇
We're located on a quiet residential street just a 7-minute walk from Colliers Wood station (Northern Line), making a commute into Central London quick and easy.
Waterloo: 20 mins
London Bridge: 22-24 mins
Bank: 24 mins
Victoria: 25-30 mins
Oxford Circus: 30-35 mins
For essentials, there's a Co-op and Lidl close by, a huge Sainsbury's and the Tandem Centre are a 10-15 minute walk away. We're also close to the amazing food at Tooting Market and the green spaces of Morden Hall Park.

You’ll be sharing with us (a couple in our early 30s). One of us is a product reviewer and the other works in sales/marketing.
We've lived in house shares for years and love having a sociable home. We’re looking for a housemate who is happy to hang out, watch some TV, or head to a pub quiz, but who also has their own life and respects personal space. We are clean and tidy people and expect the same – just the standard stuff of washing up after yourself!
