Bright and Peaceful Room in Tooting

Update(15th July): Still looking for some!

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 9th of August. The tenancy then ends around the 17th of November and becomes a monthly rolling contract. Some details below:

🗺 Location: Ideally located between Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec (10-min walk to each station). Closest supermarket is Lidl and it's super close to the leisure centre and other gyms.

💰Rent: £800 per month

🔌Bills: Around £70 per month but a bit more during winter (break down per person is Wifi: £8, Council Tax: £25.25, Water: £18.48, Energy: Varies but last month it was £20 and it hasn't been more than £50 at any point throughout the year)

🛋 Room is technically unfurnished but I would be selling all the furniture (bed, bedside table, desk, chair, drawers, clothes rack and mirror) for an extra price

👯🏻 Flatmates: you'd be living with Emily (25, American), Alice (25, Australian) and Ellie (26, British). They are super friendly, respectful and always down for a good chat in the living room! They're ideally looking for a girl who is 25-30 years old, and not a student(sorry!). The tenant will have to go through all the necessary checks with the agent.
