2 bedrooms in bright spacious new build available

I have been living with two friends for the past two years in this very spacious, bright 3 bedroom apartment. Sadly, they are both moving out at the end of our current lease but I am really keen to stay and so am looking for two people to replace them. Open to this being 2 friends, or 2 individuals.

About the flat:
The flat is a big 3 bed with a large open plan living room / kitchen and lots of storage. The rooms are both a great size and share one bathroom.
Earlsfield and Tooting Broadway are the nearest stations (15min walk to either, or a 5min bus).

The leatherbottle pub is the just round the corner and there's big grocery shops (Lidl and Tesco) and a great gym right downstairs. All in all everything you need near by!
I am quite a laid back guy who enjoys being active and outdoors. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy spending the evening in the living room, engaging and catching up on series or sports. Looking for 2 people who are clean, respectful and are also looking for a chill social vibe.

Note:
- we would need to sign a new lease for a year (current lease ends 28th September, but possible flexibility for a slightly earlier move in date)
- the rooms are both unfurnished with potential of buying bed & desk & wardrobe from my friends
