My housemates and I are looking for another girl to take over my room, as I'm moving in with my boyfriend. Read on to find out more! ☺️

🛏 Your Room:
This is a large room with plenty of natural light. It's perfect for someone working from home.
The room is furnished but there's lots of space for a desk and more furniture.

✨️ The Girls:
Our house is friendly, warm and sociable. We're all always up for a chat! We enjoy going out to dinner together at the many great restaurants Tooting has to offer or having a BBQ in the garden when it's sunny. It's important to us the house feels like a home.

🏡 The House:
The house has 1 full bathroom, a shower room, a shared lounge and kitchen. The garden is a nice size and we get good use out it during the summer. There's also extra storage under the stairs. The house sits in a quiet residential area with lots of trees.

📍 The Area:
Tooting is a lively place with several shops, bars, pubs and restaurants. Its a great place for foodies, as we have Tooting Broadway Market, which has two sections and loads of great quality food to try.

There's also some lovely cafes which are perfect for brunch on the weekend.

A 10 min walk from the house is Tooting Common, which is massive green space. It has a cafe, a cute pond, sport areas and a large lido. Its really handy for going on walks or runs.

🚉 Transport Options:
- A 5 min walk is Tooting Station which has fast trains to Wimbledon and Blackfairs.
- A 15 min walk is Tooting Broadway station which has the Northern Line.
- Theres several close bus stops with buses coming every few minutes.
