A double room in a lovely home near St George’s Hospital in Tooting. 10 minutes away from Tooting Broadway and good bus links to Clapham and Wimbledon. Ideal for a doctor or nurse as it’s 5 minutes away from St George’s hospital.

It’s a 3 bedroom house with a separate kitchen and living room. The living has a comfy sofa and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a garden - with garden furniture and a bbq.

The rental is available from September (can be flexible with the move in date). All bills included.

As this is my home and initially looking to rent it as a short term let (max 6 months) to a respectful, tidy professional. I am professional who works in the city. Hobbies include volunteering for an education charity, playing netball and reformer Pilates. I am also try (when creativity strikes) to write poetry.
