Two rooms available in lovely Tooting house

Hello!

Two rooms are becoming available in our gorgeous four bed house near Tooting Common, and we’re looking for two new housemates to move in from the end of September.

We live in a large house with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, a kitchen, utility room, large living room, and a garden. Both bedrooms are spacious with a double bed, wardrobes, a bedside table, and set of drawers. Rent is £875 a month and bills come to around £130 a month (this includes paying for a cleaner).

The house is a 15 min walk from Tooting Bec and Streatham is only a short walk away. We're also just under a 15 mins walk from Tooting National Rail station.

There are two other girls living in the house at the moment (24 and 29), all working professionals. They’re super friendly, enjoy hanging out in the evenings but also respect each other’s space. Looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy between the ages of 24-32 to join them.

One room is available from 28th September and one slightly earlier, from 13th September.
