Room in a beautiful semi detached house in Tooting

I am moving out of my beautiful house in tooting to move in with my girlfriend. The Lease we currently have ends in February but there may be room to extend for another year, at the moment unsure. The room is at the back of the house facing the garden, which backs on to a primary school. The house is lovely, great shared spaces and lots of natural light. The guys that live in the house are all young professionals who work 9-5 and are super sweet, caring people. We have all been friends for over a decade so there is a real sense of family in the house as we kind of grew up together, so we will need someone willing to buy into that.
Super cheap council tax, £50 a year something like that (Wandsworth)
The house is 7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station and it’s super close to lots of great pubs and shops.
