Double Room in quiet house near Tooting Train

Hi! We are looking for a new housemate, who knows to keep up with the busy London lifestyle!

We have been living together since 2021 and we have such a great relationship between us. We have great time together but you know London, sometimes we don’t even see each other in a while, so we are also quite independent.

You will be on the top floor, which has one bathroom, and you will be only sharing the bathroom with one more person as there is another bathroom shared for the other two tenants living in the first floor. Regarding cleaning, we have set a cleaning rota so you only clean once a month but a deep cleaning is required. We also do recycling.

We are quiet and peaceful, we enjoy calm and our own space but we try to have some time together every now and then. We also allow to have visitors (family or friends flying abroad) and staying for a couple of days in the living room as we have a bed there for this. Always, coordinating with others in case someone already organised a family member coming over, so we can accommodate them.

We strictly request cleaning and be respectful at all times and have a good attitude in the house as well as be on top of payments as we pay directly to the landlord.
