Large en suite double bedroom in Tooting

Hey everyone! Me and my two lovely housemates are looking for a fourth person to join us from mid October in Tooting as our current housemate is moving in with their partner.

One bright, large double bedroom with en suite and Juliette balcony on the second floor is available in our four bedroom Tooting house!

The house has a shared kitchen and lounge with a big back garden for bbqs and whatever else we like! We also have a spare room which is great storage and gives us a bit more space.

You would be joining two girls and a boy aged 29 who all moved into the house at different times. We would be looking for someone of similar age, and who works 9-5 during the week.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, enjoys having a laugh, is genuinely looking for a home, likes spending time with both housemates and own friends but is also clean and tidy.

Tooting overground is just over 5 minutes walk, both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Common are a 10 minute walk away and Tooting Bec is a 15 minute walk with frequent buses nearby too. There is also a gym at the end of the road and a big Lidl nearby.

The rent is £740 plus bills (as well as a bi-weekly cleaner) and the deposit is £600.
