All-Girls Houseshare in Tooting - LGBTQ+ friendly

Our housemate is sadly moving out of our flat in October to move home so we are looking for someone to replace her in our shared flat. We are looking for a sociable, clean & tidy girl to join our home. 🏡

The room is a single with lots of natural light located at the back of the house. It is fully furnished including a single bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobe. We have a separate shared living room with a nice big TV, newly renovated kitchen, one shared bathroom and a small garden out the back perfect for summer BBQs!

We are Ciara 26, Emma 26, Maike 25. Ciara works in Membership Relations, Emma S works in PR and Maike works in Recrutment. We have a nice balance between doing our own thing while also socializing as a house. We often enjoy doing things together like watching TV, house dinners or drinks in the garden! 🌸🍹

We are located between Tooting Broadway Station (5 minute walk) and Tooting Bec Station (10 minute walk) where you can access the Northern Line. The house is conveniently a 5 minute walk from a large Sainsbury, Lidl, Tesco, TkMaxx, and Boots. It is also only 5 minutes from Tooting Broadway Market where you can find loads of delicious restaurants, bars and live music on weekends!
We are a 15 minute walk from Tooting Common and the Lido and a 20 minute walk away from Wandsworth Common.

The room is a steal at £593.67 and the deposit is £600. Bills vary seasonally between £70 in the summer and £100 in the winter and we share the expenses of cleaning and household essentials.

Our housemate is looking to move out on the 14th of October and we’ll be holding viewings in the upcoming weeks. LGBTQ+ friendly house.
