Rent is £895 with some bills included (council tax and water) with the rest of bills costing £70.
About the house:
It's a 3-bedroom end of terrace house, 7 min walk to Tooting Thameslink station and 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway. Lidl and Tesco is near Tooting and Sainsbury's/plenty of shops and cafes near Tooting Broadway.
You'll be sharing with one lovely Irish girl (bonus if you enjoy reality TV after work!). Ideally looking for another female professional aged 25-30.
The box room isn't rented out and there's a spacious back garden which is nice when the sun's out.

It has plenty of storage, including a double-sided built in wardrobe and comes partly furnished (shelf, drawers and desk/chair in the box room available to purchase).
