Two rooms have become available in our houseshare from the end of October. Both rooms on the 1st floor of 3 story Georgian terrace located near Tooting Common. The property has a private garden, modern kitchen including a dishwasher, and a large bright shared living room.

Both bedrooms come furnished and are light and airy with large sash windows and built in wardrobes, with plenty of space for a desk.

You'll be sharing with myself and my partner Billy, and our beautiful well behaved cat Tobi! Both Billy and I are professionals, I'm a surgical assistant so work in the clinic most days, Billy is in tech and works from home around half the time. Our room is on the top floor with a separate bathroom, and Billy has an office on the 1st floor.

We're both social and outgoing people, love going out for dinner/drinks with friends but equally enjoy a quiet evening in. Ideally looking for housemates who are up for socialising but also like their own space & to be tidy and friendly.

Great transport links - Tooting Broadway tube station is around a 12 minute walk, and Tooting Station is about a 5 minute walk away.

Rent is £825 per room per month, with bills on top - usually working out about £90 a month (Council Tax Band E). Total rent is £3300 but we split everything equally 4 ways.
