Double bedroom with Juliet balcony!

I am very sad to be leaving this gorgeous flat with the most gorgeous girls due to some personal reasons. But my loss is your gain!

We have just moved into this beautiful new home in Tooting! We have the whole three-storey house and your double bedroom will be on the third floor sharing a modern bathroom with just one other girl. The room can easily fit a double bed (Im selling mine) drawers, a desk and wardrobe. The house is gorgeous - large modern designer kitchen with heaps of storage, a garden with an outdoor couch perfect for summer drinks and a beautiful living area!

Location is perfect!
- It’s about a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line).
- 15 minute walk to the Tooting Overground.
- 10 minute walk to Sainsburys, Boots, Tesco and a whole bunch of shops!
- 8 minute walk to the famous Tooting Markets!
- 7 minute walk to Juliet’s (best brunch spot) and just a 2 minute walk to Cut the Mustard (best coffee, pastries and bread!). We have lots of excellent coffee and food spots around.

Although there’s lots around, the flat is nestled in a quiet & safe, leafy street 🍂

It’s all about the people! You’ll be blessed with the best. You’ll be living with three lovely gals - Abi, Ellie and Phoebe (all 26).
Ellie and Phoebe work in Publishing 📚, and Abi works in Events Marketing 👩🏼‍💻

Ideally we’re looking for a girl of similar age, who is respectful, clean, kind and friendly. Together they love to watch reality TV, search the best local coffee spots, and they love to make a big fuss of days to celebrate (expect a decorated flat for Galentines!). Other things they enjoy include copious amounts of Coke Zero, Johnathan Bailey, cats they meet on the street - and the occasional seaside trip ☀️

You must be able to pass referencing and have a full time job with a salary requirement of £35,000.

Rent is £980 per month excluding bills, which is a real steal for a house this size and location!

Deposit: £1182.50

Move in ideally would be end of October or the beginning of November which I can be slightly flexible with. We are doing viewings after 6pm on 21, 22 and 23 of October.
