Hi! I’m looking for someone to let out my second bedroom to. It’s a comfortably sized double room, currently furnished with a king sized bed, chest of draws and bedside table. It also has a built in wardrobe and shelving so plenty of storage!

The house is on a residential street in Tooting but a 10-15 minute walk from both Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations, as well as Tooting rail station.

I’m a very clean and tidy individual, looking for someone of a similar level of cleanliness. I’m a hybrid worker with 3 days in the office, and I have a fairly active social life so spend a good mixture of my time in and out of the house.
