Bright & Spacious Double Room in Tooting

I am moving back to NZ and I need someone to take over my large, beautifully sunny room!
The room is on the ground floor, larger than most London rooms and has a view of the large patio garden out the back.
There is a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and giant patio backyard that gets the sun all day.
The house is a 5-7 minute walk from Tooting Bec and Broadway stations, on major bus routes into the city and a 20 minute walk to Balham. Both Tooting Market & Tooting Common Park are also very close by. The convenience of this place cannot be understated.
You will join a house of three lovely female flatmates, two of whom work from home. That option is available for you as well! They are a friendly bunch, always keen for kitchen chats and BQQs around the fire pit in the summer. There is also a very friendly cat.
The landlord is possibly the best in London.
Rent is 668pm with bills generally coming to just under 120pm.
I have absolutely loved living here!
