Double room in Tooting Broadway available from the 6th December- it's £905+ approx. £100 bills a month.
Unfortunately after 3 years I am moving out of our lovely 3-bed flat in Tooting Broadway, so I’m looking for another girl to take my room. You will be sharing with 2 other girls (23) who are both very sociable, tidy, love a trip to the pub but also appreciate their own space and have their own friendship groups.
It's an 8 minute walk from Tooting Broadway station tube station and close to a lot of lovely pubs, cafes, gym, restaurants and shops.
The room is fully furnished with a bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe, a chest of draws and desk if you want one.
The flat has two full bathrooms so you will only be sharing with one girl.
You will be entering a new tenancy (our current one ends on the 6th december) so the deposit may change as it now has to be inline with the new deposit regulations (cant be more than 5 weeks)
