We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely three-bedroom terraced home, as one of our housemates is moving out.
The Room:
A bright and spacious double bedroom that easily fits a desk for working from home. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers — ready for you to move in.
The House:
Our home is spread across multiple levels, with a generous living room and an open-plan kitchen/dining area downstairs. The kitchen opens onto a sunny terrace, perfect for BBQs and relaxed summer evenings.
There are two bathrooms, and you’ll be sharing one with just one other housemate.
The Flatmates:
You’ll be living with two Aussies and a Brit — a mix of friendly, sociable professionals who work hybrid schedules. The house is relaxed and respectful during the week, but we like to catch up for dinner, drinks, or a trip to the pub on weekends. We’re looking for someone easy-going who’d like to be part of the household rather than just share the space.
Location:
The house is ideally situated — just an 8-minute walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) and 6 minutes to Tooting Train Station. We’re also close to all the brilliant cafés, restaurants, and bars that make Tooting such a great place to live.

• Taking over the current lease (runs until March 2027)
• Bills are around £100 per month
