Looking for someone to take over a large ground floor double room in our 4 bed, 2 bathroom Tooting home, as I am sadly moving back home to Ireland at the end of the year!

The house is fully furnished with a spacious kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms, plus a garden that’s perfect for a summer spritz or Sunday chill.

📍 We’re smack bang between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations (Northern Line), both just a 5 min walk away. There is also a Tesco Express and Lidl 2 mins walk from the house and Aldi/Sainsbury’s a little further if needed.

🛏️ The Room
- The room comes with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
- Desk, chair, mirror & bedside tables are mine but can be bought if needed.

💁‍♀️ Who you’ll be living with:
Sarah (28), Carissa (32) & Hannah (34) - all Aussies!

The girls love brunching, netball, trashy TV, an F45 sesh, and the occasional cheeky drink at Tooting Market. We’re often out on weekends but love a chill night at home too.

🏡Who we’re looking for:
We’re open to either a male or female housemate — looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is sociable and who wants to treat the house like a home ❤️ Ideally, someone with a similar office-based work schedule, but we’re open to the right fit. We also want someone who is looking to stay until at least the end of the lease!
